Lynne began her career in the care sector in 1992 as a care assistant. Having worked her way up, Lynne became a registered Manager of an 18 bedded residential care home in January 2005. She then went onto manage a Dementia care home where they had previously failed their CSCI reporting, Lynne rose to the challenge and within a year the home was awarded a 3 star rating. Lynne became centre manager at Pinehurst in June 2009. The last CSCI inspection in November 2008 Pinehurst received an adequate rating of 1 star. Lynne has made excellent progress with hard work and good team building and in November 2009 inspection Pinehurst achieved 2 stars.
