Nursing Care Centres provide accommodation, meals and personal care, entertainment and activities, but also have qualified nurses in constant attendance. Many also provide more specialist Dementia care. A Nursing Care Centre will generally charge higher fees than a residential care centre because it offers care by qualified nurses, although the NHS now makes a contribution to nursing care fees (see Paying for care). The minimum age for admission is normally 65, although you should check with individual care centres as some may accept younger clients.

all with en suite facilities. Air conditioning is provided in our day rooms which are light

Forest Care Village is one of the largest independent care centres in the UK. It is
purpose built, with state of the art facilities, designed to meet the specialist needs of
clients requiring long term care and rehabilitation.
It is a unique concept in caring, but at the same time is a wonderfully welcoming, warm
and vibrant place to live. We cater to both younger clients (aged 18 to 65 years), and
we are particularly well suited to those clients suffering with Neurological and Spinal
conditions. Our facilities and staff skill sets are also ideally matched for an older client
group (aged 65 to 100 years and over). As one of the few "comprehensive" long term care
centres in the UK, we are also a specialist centre for clients of all ages with Dementia.
We have 178 bedrooms all of which are en suite. All bedrooms are large enough to

Originally a manor house with an amazing history, Grace Manor is appropriately
decorated in keeping with its history. It has 60 light and airy bedrooms of which 55 are
single rooms and 5 are companion, many of which are en suite. Our day rooms are light,
attractively furnished and enjoy lovely views over our beautifully maintained gardens.

The Poplars is a delightful and friendly home, within easy reach of the town centre, with magnificent and serene landscaped gardens. We provide 24-hour residential nursing, specialised needs, respite and postoperative recuperative care.
The Poplars is a large detached house with an extension, divided into two wings, set back from the main road in a quiet location. The Poplars has 56 bedrooms of which 15 are companion rooms, most of which are en suite. Our day rooms are light, airy and attractively furnished.

Ash Court is a modern purpose built home sited in a courtyard setting, hidden behind an archway in a quiet residential street.
