This is generally nursing care for people with physical disabilities who are unable to live in their own homes. It may be within a Care Home for older people, a specialist care home for YPD residents, or a unit attached to a Care Home. Each home will be registered for different age groups, so you should check with the individual Home. Please note that 'young' may refer to any age from 18 up to the age of 65, to distinguish it from care for older people.

Grace Manor is a beautiful listed building, set in five acres of magnificent gardens.
We provide 24-hour nursing and respite care. We are also specialists in dementia care.
Originally a manor house with an amazing history, Grace Manor is appropriately
decorated in keeping with its history. It has 60 light and airy bedrooms of which 55
are single rooms and 5 are companion, many of which are en suite. Our day rooms
are light, attractively furnished and enjoy lovely views over our beautifully maintained gardens.

Ash Court is a wonderfully warm, vibrant and friendly home, located near the thriving town centre of Camden in North London. We provide 24-hour residential nursing, specialised needs, respite, and postoperative recuperative care.
Ash Court is a modern purpose built home sited in a courtyard setting, hidden behind an archway in a quiet residential street. Ash Court has 62 bedrooms, all of which are above the sector average in size, have en suite facilities and are equipped with the latest variable height profiling beds. The centre is on three levels and each floor is self-contained and staffed and managed independently.
