The fantastic care teams at Woodlands Park offer around-the-clock support and assistance. We specialise in caring for residents with long-term conditions such as dementia and providing respite care to assist family caregivers. Our focus is always on person-centred, respectful care, ensuring residents sustain their hobbies and interests while making new friends in our care community.

Private Care Accommodation in Buckinghamshire

Throughout the centre, we have 27 individual bedrooms, many with ensuites for residents’ personal use, and a limited number of companion rooms for couples and partners who would like to share. All residents are warmly invited to bring furnishings and possessions with them to make their private space homely and comfortable – familiar belongings are often valuable in settling in.

Each bedroom is secure and cosy, with day rooms where residents can socialise, welcome friends and family to visit for afternoon tea, watch movies, sports, and TV series, or join in with our diverse, engaging calendar of events, entertainment, and celebrations to mark special occasions and holidays.

Social Activities and Personalised Lifestyle Programmes

We recognise that continuing to enjoy favourite crafts, pastimes, and interests adds enormous value to all residents at any age. We create customised programmes to ensure residents can share their passions or hobbies and have the option of participating in a wide range of new art and musical activities.

Our wonderfully maintained gardens are a perfect spot to come together in warmer weather, where barbecues and garden parties are popular. Within the centre, our care teams also support activities such as quiz nights and broadcast major sports tournaments and matches.

The facilities and amenities at Woodlands Park are designed to cater to all needs and interests, with a salon that offers pampering blow-dries and manicures, a widescreen TV and regular day trips out and about to the cinema, local shops or to take part in community events.

We record all preferences, dietary needs and care requirements in our personal care planning, catering to any likes, dislikes and intolerances.

Customer Feedback

ST_ANNES_FOREST_HEALTHCARE_23092019-19

Relocating to a care centre, whether from a private home, supported accommodation, or hospital, can be a big change. We advise prospective residents and their loved ones to visit us for a guided tour and a chance to chat with our care teams, meet our manager and explore the accommodation and grounds well in advance.

During the admissions process, we work closely with new residents, healthcare professionals involved in their care, and their families, ensuring we fully understand the right care and support for the individual. We also liaise with practitioners or loved ones to verify that our skills, services, and assistance are the best fit.

On moving-in day, we provide complete support, whether helping residents feel welcome and settled, assisting with their furnishings, clothing, possessions and decorations to make their room relaxing and comfortable, or introducing them to other residents and carers who may share their passions and interests.

Woodlands Park is a welcoming, safe, and compassionate care centre. We endeavour to ensure each resident feels happy and well within our care. Since we often operate a waiting list due to demand, we recommend arranging a good time to visit us and register your interest to avoid disappointment.
