Despite these challenging times we are still able to support you and your loved one, and it is important that we reassure you of the measures we are taking to keep everyone safe. We are delighted to be supporting additional testing for team members and residents, as well as assisting with the roll out of vaccinations for both residents and the team who care for them.
Following the first wave of COVID 19 our Homes undertook a review with the regulator, the Care Quality Commission, called the ‘Emergency Support Framework’. All of our Homes have been assessed and declared as ‘Managing Well’.
Supporting people and their families, at a time where making a choice to have a short break or move into one of our care centres is not new to us. We have robust policies and guidance in place to ensure that we are adhering to government guidelines which have been updated to ensure we meet the requirements of Lockdown in 2021.
